THE NEXT THREE MONTHS ARE CONTRACTED - WE USE THIS TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE ACTUALLY A GOOD FIT FOR ONE ANOTHER. DURING THIS TIME, WE'LL WORK OUT PROCESSES, IRON OUT GROWING PAINS AND SET UP OUR WORKFLOW.

If you're an agency owner who has scaled past six-figures and has her offers, pricing and systems figured out, then you'd be a great fit for Advanced Bookkeeping. This is the most hands-off package because it's meant for those who just need maintenance.
Need more support and strategy? Front Row or VIP might be best for you.

While we specialize in agency growth - no we do not only work with agencies. Also on our roster you'll find: massage therapists, florists, ice cream shops and more!
Do you serve central Illinois clients?
We serve clients all the way from Chi-Town, K.C. to Alabama, L.A., New York to Atlanta and Louisiana. That's the beauty of being a virtual bookkeeper and fractional CFO - we can serve clients all over the country. And while we love serving our local central Illinois clients, we still serve them in a virtual capacity.
can i still work with you if i have a bookkeeper i love?
Totally! We have The Breaking Point available as an a la carte service which is meant to be a true fractional CFO experience. I come in and spend one month with you to set up systems, business structure, offers, pricing and to find your break-even points. This service works great if you already have a bookkeeper maintaining your Quickbooks.

what is a FRACTIONAL cfo??
CFO stands for "Chief Financial Officer" and a fractional CFO is someone who is brought onto the team on a part-time or project basis to help with financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, cash flow management, increasing cash flow, forecasting finances, and supporting the CEO through decision making.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?
We have an application process for all prospective bookkeeping clients. We want to ensure that our services are the right fit for you and that your agency is the right fit for us. If your application is approved, you'll get a proposal within two business days. If not, you'll get an email notifying you.
Once you've selected your package and signed your proposal, you'll receive a contract and first invoice. After that, onboarding will begin.
We always start with a month of catch-up and clean-up followed by three months of bookkeeping services.
